After creating a comp in After Effects (and saving the project), open Premiere Pro and head to the project panel. Right click and select Import. Then simply find the After Effects project with your desired comp, select it, and click open. A new window will pop up and you’ll immediately notice Adobe’s dynamic link server firing up. STEP 2: ADJUST SETTINGS. The image file will default to a PSD, but odds are you probably want it in a different format. To change the type of image that will be exported hit the blue text next to the ‘Output Module’. Select a single movie clip, button, or graphic symbol in the Library or the Stage. Right click it and choose Export PNG Sequence. In the Save As dialog, choose a location for the output and click OK. In the Export PNG Sequence dialog, set your desired options. Width - The width of the image output. You can scale the output by changing this value.
